We have the opportunity of producing in an autoclave with a diameter of 5 metres/length 10 metres and on one of the different presses. The largest press measures 1,000 x 1,200 mm. As such, we can vulcanise large objects.
Large profiles for technical applications and activatable seals
We supply functionally designed rubber profile seals. These seals can be used in hydraulic steel structures and other applications.
We apply mold vulcanization to assemble our large profiles into frames as well, for example for weirs and locks.
The qualities of our rubber (NR/SBR, EPDM en CR) have been tested according to the standard for hydraulic steel DIN EN 19704-2.
